Last month, there were 1,175 new swimming pool construction permits with a total value of approximately $68.4 million added to the HBW database for the Lone Star State. Out of the four regions reviewed, the greatest concentration of new pool construction could be found in Dallas (523 permits), while the highest average value of new swimming pool construction could be found in Houston (average value: $73,364).
