A review of the latest permit data for new swimming pool construction in Florida during the month of October 2021
Based on the latest HBW construction data reports, there have been nearly 2,700 new swimming pool construction permits with a total value of approximately $155 million added to the HBW database for Florida last month. Out of the five regions included in the reports (Southwest, Tampa, Southeast, Orlando, Jacksonville), the southwestern region of the state held the greatest volume of new pool construction (953 permits), while the highest average value of new pool construction could be found in Jacksonville (average value: $70,880).
