Total Construction Value: $931.3 million

Average Value of Construction: $333,306

Leading Counties (based on total new permits): Collin County (948 permits), Tarrant County (616 permits)

San Antonio

Total Permits: 738

Total Construction Value: $177 million

Average Value of Construction: $239,338

Leading County (based on total new permits): Bexar County (459 permits)

Austin

Total Permits: 592

Total Construction Value: $206 million

Average Value of Construction: $347,779

Leading County (based on total new permits): Travis County (279 permits)
