HBW Report: Texas Swimming Pool Construction – September 2023

Last month, there were approximately 685 new swimming pool construction permits with a total value in excess of $64.3 million added to the HBW database for the Lone Star State.  Out of the four major Metro areas included in the latest reports (Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio), Dallas held the highest amount of new pool construction activity (318 new permits), while also carrying the highest average value of new pool construction (average value: $124,008).
