Out of the five regions reviewed (Tampa, Southwest, Orlando, Southeast, Jacksonville), the greatest amount of new pool construction activity took place in the southwestern region of the state (533 permits), while the highest average value of new permits could be found in Jacksonville (average value: $97,278).
