A list of the leading pool builders in Florida based on the total number of new permits on record for the month of August 2021
As reported in HBW’s latest Florida Swimming Pool Construction Report, there were more than 3,475 new swimming pool construction permits with a total value of approximately $188.6 million on record for Florida last month, reflecting a 7 percent month-over-month increase in new pool permits.
When using HBW’s construction data reports to identify the leading swimming pool contractors statewide, we found that across the five major regions reviewed (Southwest, Tampa, Orlando, Southeast, Jacksonville) the list of top pool builders varied greatly from region to region; here is a list of the top five swimming pool builders in each Florida region based on total new permits on record with HBW for the month of August:
