As published earlier this week, there were over 720 new swimming pool construction permits, with a combined value of approximately $53.6 million, recorded in the HBW database for Texas last month.
While there wasn’t a specific contractor that dominated the market statewide, we identified the top contractors in each major metro area based on the total number of new permits on record for the one-month period. Here is a breakdown of the top pool builders in each of the four Metro areas of Texas during the month of August:
Dallas
Last month, there were nearly 145 active builders in the Dallas area who contributed to a total of 300 new swimming pool construction permits. The leading contractors for new pool construction (based on total new permits) were as follows:
