Based on the latest data from HBW, we noted that there were approximately 6,435 new residential construction permits with a total value in excess of $2.1 billion added to the database for Florida last month. Out of the hundreds of contractors with new permit activity on record with HBW, the following ranked as the top three for total new residential construction permits statewide for the one-month period:
#1– Lennar Homes – 763 permits
#2 D.R. Horton – 675 permits
#3 Pulte Homes – 451 permits
