Out of the five regions reviewed (Southwest, Tampa, Southeast, Orlando, Jacksonville), the southwestern portion of the state carried the highest concentration of new swimming pool construction activity (945 permits), while the highest average value of new pool construction project could be found to the north in Jacksonville (average value: $77,756).
