A review of new pool construction permits on record with HBW for Florida during the month of April 2020
In April of this year, there were 1,760 new swimming pool construction permits with a total construction value of nearly $84 million added to the HBW database for Florida. Out of the five major regions reviewed (Southwest, Tampa, Southeast, Orlando, Jacksonville), Southwest Florida carried the highest amount of new swimming pool construction activity (623 permits), while the highest average value of new pool construction could be found in Jacksonville (average value: $61,748).
