Based on HBW’s latest construction data reports, there have been more than 1,870 new swimming pool construction permits with a total value of nearly $149 million added to the HBW for the Sunshine State last month.
Out of the five Florida regions reviewed (Southwest, Tampa, Orlando, Southeast, Jacksonville), the greatest concentration of new pool construction took place in the southwestern region of the state (623 permits), while the highest average value of construction could be found in Jacksonville (average value: $97,561).
