A report on the latest permit data for new swimming pool construction in the Sunshine State during the month of March 2021
Based on the latest HBW construction data reports, there were approximately 3,155 new swimming pool construction permits added to the HBW database for Florida last month. Out of the five Florida regions reviewed (Southwest, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Southeast), the greatest volume of new pool construction took place in the southwestern region of the state (1,008 permits), while the highest average value of construction could be found in Orlando (average value: $63,579).

Southwest
