A review of permit data for new swimming pool construction in Florida during the month of December 2021
Last month, there were approximately 2,723 new swimming pool construction permits with a total value in excess of $160.5 million added to the HBW database for the Sunshine State. Out of the five regions reviewed (Tampa, Southwest, Orlando, Southeast, Jacksonville), the greatest amount of new pool construction activity took place in the southwestern region of the state (998 permits), while the highest average value of new permits could be found in Jacksonville (average value: $74,360).
