Construction Trends Florida Market: 2nd Quarter 2013

The turn in new Construction for the state of Florida looks very progressive at the close of  the 2013 2nd Quarter.

Although in Florida’s Northwest Metro area, we saw a slight decrease in construction. However, the numbers are holding steady and remain higher than the numbers we saw in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2012.

Based on this latest quarterly report Florida’s housing market, which was hit hard during the recession, is flourishing once again.
